Hey Team! Hereʻs Fridayʻs WOD for April 6th. (Reminder: we will be on a condensed holiday schedule, with classes only at 8:00am and 9:00am for this Friday. Also: Saturdays WOD is at the War Memorial Track at 9:00am.)

A. Linear strength
Deadlift – intro

B. Metcon
AMRAP in 12 minutes:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 WBs
